2.Please send us quality inspection report through email or fax, so that we can contact the related factory on time to find out the problem and get rid of potential risks.

4. New&original sample of the doubted material should be provide by customer for sample test, Superb will give the sample to original factory or authorized inspection institutions to analyze and find the problem in expect to dealing with potential quality risks better.
